Hello Friends :-)

Counter-Strike seem to be a troublemaker or how else is it explainable that no day go by where someone ask for Help. As the kind Person that i am (*cough cough*) did i try my best to help these poor little Souls and provided to them Help-Threads, detailed explanations and a bunch Guides.
The amount of Help Threads and Guides i have posted on the compLexity Forums became enormous and it is hard to keep track of them all. So i decided to pick out the more important Guides that answer the most common questions and list them below, so that you don't need to search forever in the Forums.

NOTE: Most of the guides were written in 2006/2007, so some given links to hardware driver and tools may be outdated. Though, the config and command explanations are still valid. :-)

• Counter-Strike Source FPS Commands explained - This article tries to bring some light into the dark of the CS:S FPS commands. I try to explain what the certain commands do and for a better understanding have i added several screenshots that show the effects ingame, so you can see immediately what a command does.
• Computer Maintenance Guide - This Guide was written for the less experienced Computer user and it is highly recommended to all those who want to learn more about their Computer. The Guide will explain how to maintain a smooth System, free of Virus and Spyware. Beside basic instructions are also links to free Software provided, so that you can immediately start to protect and maintain your PC.
• Ultimate FPS Guide - A major problem that the most Counter-Strike player have in common is low FPS. This Step-by-Step Guide will solve the most FPS issues with a few easy measures.
• Nasty FPS Drop - The FPS Drop is another major problem in Counter-Strike. Unfortunately is there no known fix that will work for all. This drop issue can have -literally- a million reasons and is very often located outside Counter-Strike. With this article am i trying to give you a list of ideas where to look for possible troublemaker that can cause the nasty FPS drop.
• Sound Trigger Guide - To know where the enemy is can decide about win or loss of the round. This article deals with the Sound Triggers in Counter-Strike.
